The firm was formed in September 2003 by attorneys who were affiliated
for many years with the Baltimore City firm of Brocato, Price
& Bushel, P.A.
Mr. Price was formerly the head of the Commercial Litigation Department
at the Baltimore City law firm of Melnicove, Kaufman, Weiner &
Smouse, P.A., and also has served as an Assistant Attorney General
for the State of Maryland. Mr. Brocato was formerly an Assistant
United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. Ms. Janofsky
has gained prominence for the quality of her work in the areas
of employment law, insurance coverage, and commercial law.
The attorneys at Brocato, Price & Janofsky, LLC, have extensive
litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters. The
firm's attorneys have represented clients in state and federal
trial and appellate courts on matters involving such diverse issues
as white collar criminal defense, officers and directors liability,
corporate and partnership dissolution, contractor liability and
