LOUIS B. PRICE received his undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College. He received his law degree from the University of Maryland in 1964, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Maryland Law Review and was the author of "Motor Vehicle Area Provides Impetus for Further Expansion of In Personam Jurisdiction," 23 Maryland Law Review 235, 1963. He was also a member of Gamma Eta Gamma. Following graduation, he was law clerk to the Honorable Dulany Foster, Chief Judge, Supreme Bench of Baltimore City from1962 to 1964. He served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland from 1969 to 1971. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1965, where he was Vice-Chairman of Moot Court Board. Following graduation, he was law clerk to the Honorable Wilson K. Barnes, Court of Appeals of Maryland from 1965 to 1966. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland from 1969 to 1973. In 1973, he received a Special Commendation from the United States Department of Justice. From 1977 to 1983 he served as a member of the Review Board of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission. From 1993 to 2000 he was a Trustee at the Friends School of Baltimore. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Broadmead Continuing Care Facility. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. She received her law degree with honors from the University of Maryland in 1982. Following her graduation from law school, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Martin B. Greenfeld of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Ms. Janofsky spent ten years of her career in two of Baltimore's largest firms. She has lectured and published on a variety of legal subjects, and has authored two guest editorials on employment management subjects for The Wall Street Journal. She has served as an employment law instructor for the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, was interviewed as an employment law expert for the ABC News program 20/20, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She serves as an arbitrator on the employment and large and complex case panels of the American Arbitration Association.
